I am so grateful to have had the opportunity to serve you all the past 8/9 years and this is why:

Service through spiritual healing teaches you about the world, what is in your mind, and about how to shift perspective to the positive quicker than anything else, through accelerating the negative.

I encourage you all to explore serving other people and asking the question, what does it mean? What is true service? What is the difference between service, and coercian and control, and manipulation? How can I have discernment about what serves and what is not?

EVERYONE IS BOTH A GIVER AND TAKER
If you set to destroy entirely your sense of greediness in any way... the world becomes a super gloomy place SUPER QUICK. Greed comes from the root chakra... a desire to satisfy fundamental needs to please, be pleased, build community, from a deep deep deep level. Your root chakra is also your most potent place of creation. When we can really heal those core wounds that's when we see miraculous effects in life.

I'm sorry- for not always practicing what I preach. For not always embodying the light, love, acceptance, freedom. Please forgive me! This is what is truly missing in the world. The true base of any addiction is addiction to negative thoughts, about others, and about ourselves. I am truly sorry for getting caught in them!

I started my spiritual journey with one of my "whys" being that I wanted to WANT to do the healthy thing. Because I didn't want to. I truly wanted to do unhealthy things such as smoke, drink, quit society, and indulge in negative thinking. You may be in that place too. But the love of the light and returning to it again and again, to the practice of meditation, gratitude, exercise, looking for the good. has pulled me out of the lowest lows and it can do that for you too. And it has given me a baseline of joy and hope and gratitude and inspiration that can be there for you too.
