While the first is body based, the 75 CALM is discipline for that Monkey Mind of yours. 🐒 It's 75 days of doing a daily silent meditation, even for just 5 minutes. If you've always wanted to get started or have tried a few times but feel you need more support, give this a try.
🧘‍♀️ Free, easy, simple, non-religious, just stick to it. If you have to start over, do that, but strengthen that "back to the breath" muscle a few minutes at a time. Then journal! Or go have tea! 😀☕
