Workplace Wellness Yoga

Our Mobile Yoga Studio travels to your workplace. We bring increased productivity, reduced stress, and increased wellness to your business, through Traditional Hatha Yoga and Chair Yoga. All equipment (mats, blankets, all props) is brought to your workplace. Classes can be held on a regular basis in your office, once/twice a month, and/or at Workshops and Conferences.

How we got started: While working full time in an office, I had the opportunity to initiate, plan, and teach yoga classes in my office. I saw wonderful people sitting all day, with a never-ending workload, getting stressed, and know only too well that when I'm overworked and stressed I'm not as productive. In the Community Room, I moved the tables and chairs to one side, 'transformed' the room into a restful, welcoming haven and taught my yoga classes there on a weekly basis.

I have had the privilege of seeing people relax, stretch, strengthen, and leave with huge smiles on their faces, feeling both relaxed and energized at the same time. My desire is to continue spreading this in other local businesses, helping people be more confident, open, energized and relaxed through my yoga classes.

Where we are now: Current clients include Motorola Solutions, Corporate Disk, Curran Contracting, Smith Physical Therapy & Running Academy, Continental Automotive, and others.
