How THANKFUL we are for these therapists is beyond words, but we’ll try! All of these therapists are unique and wonderful- shout these ladies out!

Cartersville- Maria:
Maria brings warmth, dedication, and heart to her clients every single day. She takes true ownership of her clients’ programming and never hesitates to ask questions, seek collaboration, or go the extra mile to make sure each child is supported in reaching their full potential. Maria is thoughtful, patient, and intentional in her work, and it shows in the progress her clients make and the joy she brings into session. Her initiative, teamwork, and love for her clients are evident in everything she does. Our Cartersville clinic wouldn’t be the same without her.

Calhoun- Kerrie:
Kerrie has only been with NGAC for a short time, but her impact has already been long-lasting. She shows up each day with a caring, compassionate heart and a genuine passion for her work. Her positivity, laughter, and dedication have brought so much quality and warmth to the NGAC team. Kerrie gives her very best to each child! We are grateful to have her and proud to recognize her as this month’s standout therapist!

Rome- Brighley:
Brighley has shown outstanding growth, passion, and dedication to the science of ABA. In a short amount of time, she has developed her skills at an incredible pace and consistently brings professionalism, compassion, and enthusiasm to every session. We are also so excited to celebrate her next big step—starting her master’s program in ABA in pursuing her BCBA! Her drive to learn, grow, and contribute to the field is truly inspiring. Brighley, we are so proud of you and cannot wait to see everything you accomplish.

Woodstock- Sheila:
Sheila is truly one of a kind, and her positivity and kindness radiate throughout the clinic every day. She brings an uplifting energy to her sessions, using her silly, creative, and imaginative approach to make learning meaningful and engaging for her clients. Her dedication shows in the strong connections she builds and the consistent progress her clients make under her care. Sheila goes above and beyond in everything she does, and we are incredibly grateful for the meaningful impact she has on our team and the families we serve—we are so lucky to have her!

A reminder for all our families for this week: NGAC is closed on Thursday and Friday for the holiday break! We will be back to regular hours on Monday, December 1st! Happy Thanksgiving!

This week, we asked all our staff to bring in foods for Forever Fed Food Bank in our local area, and they showed up and showed out! We are so grateful to our owner and operator, Bethany, for showing us how to love our communities beyond just ABA therapy! Our Rome location brought over 100 non-perishable and canned foods- WOW!!! Thank you to all the staff that brought in items!

Make Wednesday a fun night for your family! High Museum of Art, Atlanta hosts sensory-friendly hours throughout the year! Registration is required from their website, but is a free ticket- you just have to pay for parking. This is a great opportunity for our kiddos and families to explore the beautiful and interesting styles of artists from around the world, from different cultures, and timelines of hundreds of years!

If you are in or around Rome GA, the Floyd County Sheriff's Office is going to have a special event on November 22! Rig Roundup is a great opportunity for our kiddos who love big vehicles to interact and experience their favorite cars and trucks! Make sure that your sound-sensitive children are prepared with headphones if needed!

Happy Halloween Everyone! WHAT A WEEK! NGAC Staff celebrated all week with PJs, Decade Day, Favorite Characters, Twinning, and, of course, our Halloween costumes! Your reliability makes a real impact. Your upbeat yet calm nature is so fun to work with and make it so all therapists and clients love working with you! There is never a moment we don't see a smile on your face. We are so thankful for you!

Calhoun: Katie
Katie’s compassion for her clients is truly like no other. She consistently goes above and beyond to advocate for their wants and needs, always ensuring each client feels supported and valued. Her natural, go-with-the-flow spirit has made her a perfect fit —not only with her co-therapists but also with every client she works with. Katie’s ability to connect and build strong relationships with clients of all ages and skill levels is remarkable, and her flexibility and empathy shine through in every session. We are so grateful to have Katie as part of the NGAC Calhoun team—thank you for all that you do!

Rome: Montana
Montana's dedication, patience, and compassion make a world of difference every single day. She is on the front lines teaching new skills, promoting independence, and helping our clients reach milestones that change their lives. Whether collecting data, running programs, or turning challenges into opportunities, Montana brings energy, creativity, and kindness to everything she does. Rome is so lucky to have her!

Cville: Kat
Kat has worked in the field of ABA for the past few years, and we are so thankful to have her experience and expertise at NGAC Cartersville. Kat is intentional, passionate, and so fun! Whether it's playing a game of chase in the gym or working hard on skills; Kat is always present and engaged! She is such an invaluable part of our team! We are so happy to have her!
