Meet Eily, who joined our community in November 2024. Her background as a beekeeper and state of Virginia employee is impressive. She resides in a cabin that holds great sentimental value. Her six children and eleven grandchildren and twenty three great-grandchildren are dearly loved. Eily's hobbies include creating handmade items like sewing and making teddy bears, and recounting stories. Her presence has brought joy to the community. We are thankful for the opportunity to spend time with her and hear her stories.

Meet Crystal, a lifelong resident of Fort Valley and our esteemed Dining Services Coordinator. She has been an integral part of the Greenfield team since June 2019, initially serving as a cook before being promoted to manager in September 2019. Crystal holds certifications in CPR, First Aid, Dementia Care Provision, and Serve Safe Management. Prior to joining Greenfield, she accumulated 25 years of culinary experience in restaurants, with the last 11 years focused on nursing home and memory care facilities. Crystal is a devoted mother to two sons, Alex and Hawk, and a loving grandmother to Oliver. She shares her life with three dogs, two cats, and seven chickens, showcasing her profound connection with animals. In her leisure time, Crystal enjoys paddleboarding on the river and spending time with her beloved pets. We are truly fortunate to have Crystal's exceptional culinary expertise, compassion, and care.

Resident Spotlight: Kathryn joined our community in April 2024 and currently resides in Woodstock. Her passion for gardening and plant care is evident in her beautifully maintained garden. Kathryn's family and friends are a vital part of her life, visiting her often. She treasures the memories of time spent with her sister during her residency. Meet Delaney who has been a member of the Greenfield Reflections team since May 2022, starting in the kitchen as a server before advancing to the floor as a DCA and eventually taking on the role of Med Tech. As a parent to two wonderful children, Liam and Aspen, I am also passionate about animals and share my home with two dogs and three cats. Outside of work, I enjoy reading and spending time with my family. Delaney is a highly valued member of our community, consistently demonstrating exceptional compassion and care. Stephaine, a cherished member of our community since 2023, hails from New Market. With her experience as a physical education teacher, Stephaine brings a dynamic energy to our exercise sessions. Her time at Camp Strawderman has instilled in her a distinctive love for horses. As a loving mother to two remarkable sons, Stephaine often shares captivating stories about them. Meet Jasmine, a compassionate Direct Care Aid on our evening shift, who will soon be pursuing her Registered Medication Aide certification. A Shenandoah County native, Jasmine graduated from Central High School in 2022. She has been a part of the Greenfield team since 2023, with a brief absence when she moved to Florida and returned in 2024. Jasmine's love for caring for others shines through in her dedication to our residents. Her warm smile can light up anyone's day, making even the most challenging days more bearable. In her free time, Jasmine enjoys socializing with friends, shopping, and exploring new places. We feel fortunate to have Jasmine on our team, as she consistently prioritizes our mission and the well-being of our residents.

As a mother of four, grandmother, and great-grandmother, family is at the heart of everything she does. Shirley has a great appreciation for the natural world and enjoys spending time outdoors. Her flair for interior design has blossomed since joining our community, and she is always eager to assist with decorating and redecorating our building. With 17 years of experience as a med tech, Brandie has honed her skills in providing exceptional care to our residents. Her certifications in CPR, First Aid, UAI, and ISP documentation demonstrate her expertise, while her training in Dementia, Direct Care, and Elder Abuse showcases her commitment to delivering compassionate care. Brandie's passion for her work is evident in her words, "My job is my life and my residents are my family, if they are happy I am happy." Her dedication to ensuring the happiness and well-being of her residents is truly admirable. Resident Spotlight: Stewart joined us in January. A military veteran, Stewart transitioned back to farm life after his service. He has a loving wife and two wonderful children who have given him grandchildren. Stewart's professional life involved farm work and equipment maintenance. He is well-known for his entertaining stories and ability to bring laughter to those around him. We are fortunate to have Stewart in our home and enjoy spending quality time with him.
