A reminder! We are doing a planned technology upgrade Thursday, November 27 (Thanksgiving Day) through Sunday, November 30. This means our electronic health record will be unavailable during this time. Here is what to know:
--All three of our Convenient Care walk-in medical sites will be open 9 a.m.-5 p.m. November 27-30 (including Thanksgiving Day). Please allow extra time if you come to Convenient Care and arrive as early as possible. (See www.thundermisthealth.org/services/convenient-care/ for more info.)
--We will have limited medical, dental, and behavioral health visits that have been booked in advance on Friday, November 28. Our dental clinics may be able to accommodate urgent walk-ins.
--Our patient portal will also be down November 27-30. Any messages sent during this period will be reviewed on December 1.
--During this planned downtime, you will be able to call our answering service by dialing our main phone number (401-767-4100). An on-call provider will be able to address urgent issues.
For non-urgent requests, please reach out on or after December 1. We appreciate your patience and understanding as we do this upgrade!
