With my ELITE OG’s! Truly feels like the last day of school before summer🥹

Held my last day of sessions in the IRON DEN garage gym and will be starting to dismantle equipment along with my desk to begin the move to 2687 Fort St in Wyandotte! Follow IRON DEN by PPR ELITE for more updates and stay tuned to see the next big journey I am embarking on💪🏼🖤✨

So grateful for this life I am living. Reminder that change is an absolute in life and that growing pains are both happy and sad. But all feelings are important for the process🌱 I hope that you can find the courage to follow your dreams without the fear and sadness of what you’re leaving behind to deter you.

I will be hitting my favorite lifts now and saying some words of gratitude before leaving this awesome space!

Imagine standing on a bridge and looking down at a lake. If it’s windy and the water’s surface is churning, there’s no chance you’ll see the bottom. But if the day is calm and the water is clear and the surface is perfectly still, you’ll be able to see all the way down. You’ll see every detail of the ground beneath the water. From moment to moment, as our thoughts and experiences of the external world change, so does our perception of ourselves and who we are. However, when the lake of the mind becomes still and clear, then the truth is no longer distorted; we get to see and know ourselves as we really are, always have been, and always will be.
