2026 is upon us!!!! That means it is time to get to action and back into a routine!

I offer three completely different in-person group fitness classes for all levels. Check out my current week’s schedule and the class formats. Always feel free to reach out with any questions!

I also offer semi-private and private training services, which include fitness nutrition coaching (fitness nutrition coaching is also offered separately).

Drop-in and package pricing are both available for group fitness and private training.

If my schedule doesn’t suit yours, I also offer pre-recorded classes available for anytime streaming on my app and website; available a la carte or as a subscription.

I also work with businesses to create bespoke fitness or mindfulness programming for its employees as part of their wellness initiatives.
