We’re all about building stronger connections—and having fun while we’re at it!

Here are a few engaging team-building activities to bring your crew closer together:

🧩 Scavenger Hunt:
Create a list of items to find around the house or yard. Split into teams and race to see who can find them all first!

🕸 Human Knot:
Stand in a circle, grab hands with two different people, and work together to untangle—without letting go!

📖 Story Building
Take turns adding one sentence to a shared story. It’s a great way to spark creativity and strengthen collaboration.

🏃‍♀️ Team Relay
Set up a simple relay using fun tasks—think hopping on one foot, spinning around, or balancing a book on your head.

🍳 Family Cook-Off
Choose a simple recipe and split into teams. See who can whip up the best version, then taste and judge together!

💥 Obstacle Course
Use household items to create a quick course. Time each team and cheer each other on as you race through!

These activities are fun, low-stress ways to build teamwork, communication, and connection at home.

We invite you to our Holiday Shopping Drop-Off — a supportive, fun-filled day for children while caregivers enjoy some well-deserved time to prepare for the holidays.

What is a day session?

Whether you can't commit to a longer camp session or you've already come to camp and want to experience more of what we offer; our day sessions offer the perfect space for your family to experience a taste of help, hope, and fun; our main goal is to provide focused time for your family to learn mental health coping skills in an encouraging and supportive environment.

What is an overnight session?

Camp is for everyone - our overnight sessions are planned around that premise. We are a family mental health camp, and each of our activities are designed to support children with behavioral, emotional, and mental health challenges.

What option is the best fit?

Both options provide incredible support!!! Start where your family feels the most comfortable - there's no "wrong" choice, just the one that fits your journey today.
