Not all hot fitness/yoga classes are “HOT” 🔥

At Well-Fit we are offering a unique experience for our community with our state of the art, Infared heat lights!

You know that feeling when the sun hits your skin and everything instantly relaxes?
That is the kind of feeling the infared heat is designed to mimic☀️

This heat is not a blast of hot air, rather delivers warm, gentle radiant heat that creates a more balanced space for movement, recovery and rest! The benefits are limitless and support lowering stress, improving focus and a calmer state of mind🧘🧘🏻‍♀️

April is Occupational Therapy Month, and it feels like the perfect time to celebrate the heart behind what we do at WELL-Nurtured Development. 💚

To us, it’s about helping children feel confident in their bodies, curious about the world, and supported as they grow 🌱

Big things are happening behind the scenes, but one thing that will never change: the way we care for our families.

As we grow, we are intentionally designing smaller treatment spaces as well, to allow individualized, relationship-based care our therapists believe in.

Every room is being created with purpose, so each child and family can receive the support that truly meets them where they are.

We’re so excited to bring you along as this vision continues to come to life.
