Help us recognize & love on our - March - Member Of The Month: Paula Guimond ✨

Paula is a true example of strength, perseverance, and faith. As a cancer survivor, she continues to prioritize her health, showing up consistently and even challenging herself during our Rise & Grind Saturday sessions this past summer 👏🏼👏🏼

Through every challenge, Paula gives all the glory to God for her strength and healing. She is a constant source of encouragement in our gym, lifting others up in prayer, sharing kindness, and spreading the love of Jesus Christ wherever she goes. She reminds us that fitness is about more than physical strength — it’s about heart, faith, and community 🖤

We kick off our Youth Strength & Conditioning Clinic tomorrow and we are excited to get to work!

Your athletes can expect:
⚡ speed & agility drills
💪 strength training fundamentals
🏃 coordination & movement skills
🔥 confidence building
👏 a fun, encouraging environment

This is spring training for summer sports, and we are ready to help these kids build a strong foundation for their upcoming season.

Starts TOMORROW - March 23rd
🗓 Monday Nights

Very proud of our Lift Into Spring crew 👏💪

There’s something different about women who choose to show up on a Saturday morning and put in the work 🔥

This is just a few of the women who dedicated the past 6 weeks to:
✨ Building confidence with lifts
✨ Dialing in form and control
✨ Pushing past comfort zones (safely & intentionally)
✨ Learning about Macros & how to Track

But more than anything, we’re building consistency, strength, and belief in what our bodies can do!

Watching this group grow over the past few weeks has been incredible, and I couldn’t be more proud of their effort, energy, and support they bring. It wasn’t about perfection, it was about building momentum, and inquiring the tools needed to continue working towards their goals 👏

Spring is the perfect time for young athletes to build the strength, speed, and confidence they need heading into summer sports!

Our Youth Strength & Conditioning Clinic will focus on developing a strong athletic foundation through:

🏃‍♂️ speed & agility drills
💪 strength and coordination
⚡ explosive movement training
🧠 injury prevention and body awareness
👏 confidence and teamwork

Whether your child plays baseball, softball, soccer, football, basketball, or track, this program helps them become a stronger, faster, more confident athlete before the summer season begins.

We had so much fun & saw so much improvement with our last clinic, we are excited to host another!!

Our Youth Strength & Conditioning Clinic is designed to prepare young athletes for upcoming summer sports by improving:

✔ overall athletic performance

This 6-week program builds a strong foundation so kids step into their summer season faster, stronger, and more confident.

Planning out upcoming agility clinics at the JACK’D Wellness gym and seeing what evenings and times work best for everyone. Looking at Mondays or Thursday evenings right now starting in March sometime. These would be open to boys and girls and be great to get them working on the fundamentals and creating the much needed body awareness that will help them continue to progress forward! The Month of January got away from us, but still want to give a huge shout out to these two ladies 🙌🏼🙌🏼 Lorray Harper & Nacole Olson

Give our Janurary & February Members of the Month lots of encouragement!!

They both have been on unbelievable health journeys and continue to show up even through the hard season of life💪🏼 Whats even more beautiful about their story is how they have supported each other! Having an accountability partner while working out significantly boosts success rates, with studies showing a 65% chance of completing a goal, simply by committing to it with someone else💕

We are so proud of you both… Keep inspiring those around you, and cheering for one another!

We don’t feel the need to have to remind people but apparently we do. Please wipe off or take off your muddy shoes and boots at the front door to the gym. There’s a difference between a little dirt on your shoes and blatantly tracking mud all over the gym while you workout and walk around. This has happened several times and we try to be understanding given the weather, but we continue to ask everyone to please be respectful of the facility and equipment. Also, please put the equipment back where it’s supposed to go after you are finished using it. We offer this facility and go off the honor system a lot, but if we need to we will start revoking memberships. And yes we have watched cameras and know the individuals that have done this repeatedly. Please keep in mind that although this may be the gym you workout at, it is not YOUR personal gym. Please be respectful of other people’s property. Thank you!
