Last night's Sacred Soul Women’s Circle was exactly what we needed.
It reminded us that Solar Plexus energy isn't ALWAYS confident power and rainbow unicorns... somedays/weeks/months its just grit and getting through. Some days it’s shaky boundaries, tired courage, or “I’m doing my best with what I’ve got.”
And guess what? That’s still power.
Those hard-fought seasons teach us how to arrive within ourselves and meet our own needs as best we can. Boom. Living in our power even when we can’t see it as power in the moment.
Thank you ladies for showing up fully, and being present with each other!
Lastly, hope everyone is enjoying Martin's sourdough gifties hehehe. He was really excited to make those!

Happy day after Halloween! Hows everyone being today??

Last night... Bad Karma Witch hit the town. This is probably one of my favorite costumes to date and I came up with it at like 10pm the night before 🤣
Here's a little story that chat Gpt came up with...

The Legend of Bad Karma, the Witch of Reckoning
In the deep hollows where the mist never lifts, folks still whisper about a witch called Bad Karma. They say she wasn’t always wicked — once, she was a healer who gave more than she took.
