As we close the chapter on our 2025 season, my heart feels incredibly full. Above all, I am endlessly thankful to God—for His blessings, His grace, and the opportunities He has placed in my life that allow me to live out this dream. I know none of this would be possible without His guidance, provision, and faithfulness every step of the way.

I am beyond grateful for the journey we’ve had and for every person who played a part in making this year so meaningful. To my massage and nutrition clients, and to every member of our crew and team who stood beside King this season—thank you. And to my husband, who truly held everything together during my long days and even longer nights spent finishing charts and profiles, I couldn’t have done this without you.

This year was nothing short of a whirlwind. Watching King have the best season as a five-year-old fills me with pride beyond words, especially knowing he is our very first homebred. The early mornings, late nights, and countless sleepless ones tested me in ways I never imagined. Being self-employed and carrying the weight of supporting our business entirely on my own income is one of the hardest things I do—but also one of the most rewarding. I don’t come from money, and I don’t have a big-money job or huge bank accounts backing my dreams. Every step is earned, every sacrifice is real. It is hard… and it is absolutely amazing.

Now, we look ahead to 2026 with open hearts—new paths, new challenges, fresh beginnings, and renewed dreams. More time for vacations, more moments with family and friends, and more space to simply enjoy the people I love most.

From the bottom of my heart, thank you to everyone who was part of our 2025 story, including every single one of our followers. I am so grateful you are here, and I appreciate each of you more than you could ever know.

Here’s to 2026, and to the new memories that will stay with us for a lifetime. 💕

I am always so giddy when I see the health of my animals during the fall and winter are up to par. The weather here in the PNW has been especially wild, and the normal seasons always tend to be cold, wet, and tough on land and sometimes, horse health.
It is no secret that we feed LMF Feeds to all of our working horses. We currently have 3 on it and they definitely show outwardly the quality they are fed in both feed and hay.
Here are night shots of King, Tachi and Sassy. Their coats and the shine are probably one of my favorite things, not to mention great weight and health, and very solid feet! No, we don't blanket!

You can take the girl out of the sport but can't take the sport out of the girl.
One thing my husband has always done is support my racing memorabilia collecting. I have been incredibly blessed to have gotten some incredible pieces and works by artists I absolutely love, who depict and represent this sport so well.
These are my latest additions to what is becoming a fair sized collection, shipped all the way in from OH.
Doesn't seem like an important thing to some, but it has always been a way I keep my dream on the forefront - a constant inspiration to keep going, even when this sport can be a tough road.
I am a very lucky girl, indeed. 💕

Was able to get some pictures of this handsome guy today! Typically when I am doing bodywork, I don't have anyone around to take photos or video so I consider myself lucky when I can capture the magic!
He was really loving his Red Light/NIR treatment! I think relaxed is an understatement!

Slow but sure on the weight gain. He is feeling good and spunky!! We have been getting pummeled with rain and wind, though the temps have been in the high 50s. 5 days down... another update soon!

Little bit of an update after less than 48 hours....
We are working on packing weight on during probably one of the hardest times of the year. He has quality alfalfa that we are having to expedite him onto, and unlimited orchard alfalfa mix. He is also on about 8lbs of feed a day right now, but we want his weight to come primarily from forage.
I also blame myself. I should have brought him home sooner, but we were in the process of transitioning pastures and set up with no way to bring him back right away, hence his need to be boarded elsewhere until we were finished. Still, an owner, and horse, should NEVER have to worry about this being a problem, especially when this person is a horse person. Just overall, a very frustrating situation...
Any guesses on how long it will take for him to be his normal fall/winter weight? I am going to say 45 days!

We brought King home yesterday, much sooner than we had anticipated, due to a lack in standard of care at his boarding location. We are glad to have him home, and are now focusing on getting weight on him and getting him through the rest of fall and winter!
We will update soon and look forward to his next steps in his next adventures!!

A day late (again) but happy 5 months to Sassy!!
We are so thrilled with how she is looking as she grows and will likely put her up for sale in the near future! Can definitely see her as a show jumper/eventer or even x-country with her size, stature and bone!
So excited to see how she looks into spring if she is still here at the farm!
