🍂 Here’s a fall-inspired hydrating drink that’s cozy, nourishing, and perfect for keeping your skin glowing through the colder months:

🍎 Autumn Glow Hydration Tea
(for skin + body hydration + antioxidant support)
Ingredients:
• 2 cups hot water
• 1 cinnamon stick
• 2–3 thin apple slices (preferably organic)
• 1 slice of fresh orange or 1 tablespoon orange juice
• 1 teaspoon honey (optional, for moisture and sweetness)
• 1 green tea bag or 1 teaspoon loose-leaf green tea
• A few fresh mint leaves (optional for a refreshing twist)
Instructions:
1. In a mug or teapot, steep the green tea and cinnamon stick in hot water for about 5–7 minutes.
2. Add apple slices and orange to infuse natural flavor and vitamin C.
3. Remove the tea bag, stir in honey, and add mint leaves if you’d like.
4. Let it cool slightly and sip slowly — it’s hydrating, warming, and packed with antioxidants that nourish your skin from within.
