Eight years of driving a mission to help those in recovery culminated in the most perfect celebration last night. 💚 I’m still processing a flood of emotions, but I want to extend my heartfelt gratitude and appreciation to every single person who supported us along this journey.

From the very first day to our final Mighty Night, it has been an honor to witness the strength, resilience, and hope of this community. Thank you for believing in us, donating, and showing up. Together, we have changed lives and paved the way for lasting recovery.

While this chapter closes, the impact of our work lives on in every person who found hope. Thank you for being part of our story.

We had the opportunity to participate in an International Overdose Awareness Day event this passed Sunday. A beautiful event hosted by our friends at the Cambria County Drug Coalition. It’s great to see our communities come together for a commom cause: remember those who are no longer with us.

We got connected with Nichole to source overdose prevention supplies last week. She was ready and on route to deliver within minutes. This program was very responsive and helpful in getting resources. They were easy to work with and on top of everything!

Herkey Houses is excited to announce some upcoming changes.

To honor our commitment to our veterans, we are starting a new initiative. Veterans will receive a $50 discount on the intake fee.

In addition, next month we will be opening a new female recovery house in the Lancaster location. We are excited for this opportunity to better serve the community!

“A Mighty Night” is next Friday, February 21 at from 6pm-10pm. We are raising money for our scholarship program to support men and women in recovery. We hope you will join us for a night of games, food, and incredible prizes!
