Hi, I’m Ashley! 🌿
I’m a twin boy mom, wife, runner, yoga lover, Family Nurse Practitioner, and the founder of Rooted Family Wellness here in York, Maine.
With a passion for holistic health, I created Rooted Family Wellness to offer Direct Primary Care (DPC) that goes beyond the traditional model. My goal is to build real, personal relationships with my patients—so together we can create tailored care plans that lead to better health outcomes and a stronger sense of wellbeing. 🤎
What I love most about DPC is the ability to spend more time with my patients and communicate directly—whether through calls, texts, or tele-health—making care truly accessible.
