As we celebrate Halloween, it is a great time to keep in mind that every child is different. As children say “trick or treat,” some will yell, some will have trouble forming the words, and some won’t have any words at all. While some children will need time to find their words, others will speak so quickly that you miss what they have to say. Some may make a gesture of gratitude, while others will flee. Some will not wear costumes, some will grab handfuls of treats, and some will pause for a while. It is important to let go of expectations, be patient, and remember—everyone celebrates differently! Wishing everyone a safe and enjoyable night out 👻 🧟 🧟♂️ 👹 👨⚕️ 🎃
