Understanding IEPs, 504s, and School Supports
Navigating special education can feel overwhelming. The meetings, the terminology, the paperwork. It is a lot. This workshop is designed to break it down in clear, practical language so parents leave feeling informed and confident.

We are honored to welcome two incredible guest speakers:
Dr. Annessa Steele, Director of Student Services, Sharpsville School District & Mrs. Kailey Riffe, Special Education Teacher, Sharpsville Elementary School.

Together, we will cover:
• The difference between an IEP and a 504 plan
• How evaluations work
• What accommodations and supports really mean
• How to prepare for meetings
• How to advocate for your child with confidence

This will be an informal, supportive discussion with time for questions. You do not need to have all the answers. You just need to show up.

🔥New families, we may need a little extra time to respond to your inquiries about speech or feeding therapy, as we are home with our littles while their schools and daycares are also closed.
