Hillsdale Hospital 1099 part-time
CRNA position based at Hillsdale Hospital with occasional coverage at regional sites at increased hourly rates.

Position
1099 independent contractor
46 working weeks per year
Six or more weeks off
90 day notice preferred

Weekly Schedule
One weekday call shift (10-hour shift and 14-hour call)
One early out shift (6-hour shift)
One 8 or 10-hour shift
One weekend of call per month
Shifts canceled five days or less will be paid.

Compensation
Salary starting at $270,000/year
$192.40/hour
$50/hour call rate
$200/hour overtime
