What is Bounce 1?
We bounce to awesome music and do core work for 30 minutes. Then end with an amazing 15 minutes of stretching and foam rolling.
Start your week off in a way that will make the rest of the week ⭐️🎉👌

Knees hurt?…bounce takes out 40% of the impact
Bounce activates your lymphatic system ❤️
Some studies show it’s more effective than running because you’d have to run for thirty minutes to get the effects of a twenty minute trampoline workout.
