What is Bounce 1?

We bounce to awesome music and do core work for 30 minutes. Then end with an amazing 15 minutes of stretching and foam rolling.

Start your week off in a way that will make the rest of the week ⭐️🎉👌

Bounce is cardio that low impact.
Knees hurt?…bounce takes out 40% of the impact

Bounce activates your lymphatic system ❤️

Some studies show it’s more effective than running because you’d have to run for thirty minutes to get the effects of a twenty minute trampoline workout.

"This room looks empty but its full of possibility. It can hold hopes, dreams, setbacks, laughter, crying (even crying from laughter). There can be hard challenging moments, moments of rest and relaxation and anything in between. This space has seen people achieve things they never thought possible.
This room is a playground, full of possibility. You can lift weights, move on the ground, jump, swing from the ceiling (kinda-don’t do it but it’s fun!), stretch in all sorts of ways. You can even dance here!

This room is empty, but it’s full of possible people to meet. People who will inspire you, people to make friends with, and people who will be there doing what you are doing. Maybe even a friendly competition (who can roll their eyes more dramatically when burpees are in the workout?).

This room is full of possibility. And so are you."

Looking for a strong core?

These are four really tough core moves. 🔥

I love them all but…

…they are not for everyone.

I find so often when I work one on one with new Mix Clients we work to learn how to properly engage core muscles.

If we were to start with these we’d be wasting time.

So my hot tips for a strong core:

⭐️ Don’t always choose the toughest most challenging variation.

⭐️ Pay attention to see if you really feel your deep core.. Do you feel your low back?

If you are not sure it could be really helpful to work with a trainer ❤️💪

Throw some punches and kicks and bounce on mini trampolines.

It's low impact on your joints but don't let that make you think it's not a great workout! You'll be sweating!
