We talked about Protein and how much we should be eating. And we learned that Calories are tiny creatures that live in our closet and sew our clothes a little bit tighter every night. 🤪

We had a great meeting today. Three visitors came. Was a fun group. We discussed “Why does TOPS want us Healthy”. The program was on topsfan.com. Next week we are going to talk about “Motivation“. Another program on topsfan.com. We went over the Summer Contest and how we are going to keep track of our miles, exercise and weight loss. We are all striving for the GOLD award. If your in the Yukon area, come and visit and join our Chapter. 🤩
