RED Friday stands for “Remember Everyone Deployed” — a powerful and heartfelt reminder to honor and support U.S. military service members who are currently deployed.

Here’s what it means:
• R.E.D. = Remember Everyone Deployed
• Observed every Friday, often by wearing red clothing.
• It’s a silent salute to the men and women serving far from home.
• It began as a grassroots movement to show solidarity, appreciation, and support for troops overseas.

Why red?

The color red symbolizes:
• Sacrifice and valor
• The blood shed by brave warriors in the fight for freedom
• A visible, bold way to express unity without saying a word

How people observe RED Friday:
• Wearing red shirts, bracelets, or gear
• Posting messages or photos with the hashtag
• Organizing events to write letters or send care packages
• Praying or pausing in reflection for those deployed

One year ago, I officially opened the doors to my business.

While I’ve been a licensed massage therapist for many years, this past year marked something new — building something of my own from the ground up.

Entrepreneurship is humbling. It stretches you, teaches you, and strengthens you. And I would not be here without the unwavering support of my clients, family, and friends.
