“Samadhi is moving from happening to being.” – Gurudev Sri Sri Ravi Shankar

The Eighth and final Path of Yoga, Samadhi “sam-odd-eeh” is the final path of uniting the mind with the object of meditation.

Samadhi is a state of being intensely present without a filter.

My Story

Hi, I’m Flora from Florida, and I started the Rona Yoga Community in March of 2020 when my office temporarily closed to avoid the Coronavirus. I live-streamed 14 days of yoga, growing and learning and when that ended, it naturally developed into Tiny Ranch Yoga!

What is the Tiny Ranch?

An eco-sustainable ranch, created with the intention that it may be managed by a single person, namely it’s creator, Jeremy Denny. The ranch is home to a lot of birds and animals, both wild and domesticated, a bee hive, and two rescue dogs. A lot of the fruit, flowers, and plants that are grown here are also used in the teas and mixes created at The H**p & Coffee Exchange, a coffee roasting company in Zephyrhills, Florida. Jeremy has created a beautifully sustainable and symbiotic Tiny Ranch, one of my most favorite places to practice yoga.

So I invite you to set aside some time for yourself to join me in my practice, and I hope the results will leave you feeling more at peace.
