✨White Bean Salad ✨
My new favorite way to get more fiber, more color and more satisfaction to meal time!
✨Recipe:
2 cucumbers
1/2 to 1 pint grape or cherry tomatoes
1/2 can black olives
1 cup (or more) shredded carrots
1/4 sliced and/or diced red onion
Seasonings to your 💜s Desire: oregano, salt, pepper, nutritional yeast
Seeds: h**p, chia, flax whatever you want to add
Dressing: add a little olive oil and some juice of your olives
✨Prepare:
Wash, chop, season, stir
✨Enjoy
Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3-4 days. Add your protein of choice, maybe a little feta if you want as a meal and enjoy how it is as a side dish to your meal. Sides don’t have to be complicated!
