Saturday August 27th marks the new moon. Come join Soul Flow Yoga as we celebrate this remarkable day. Lets harness the energy of he new moon. We will be doing Moon Salutations which helps you channel lunar energy. This Hatha Flow will foster cool, relaxing, and creative qualities. Chandra Namaskar also stretches and strengthens the spine, hamstrings, backs of legs and stomach muscles. It also balances the functioning of the circulatory, respiratory and digestive systems.

Working super hard on a new video for the YouTube channel. I keep getting questions from my beautiful friends asking what yoga is, so I'm going back to basics. The video, which will give you a basic understanding of what yoga is, should be ready in a week or two. So set the notification bell on the YouTube channel so you can know when it premieres!
