🌿 We’re Growing Our BCBA Team on St. Croix 🌿

Tropical Behavioral Services is expanding, and we’re preparing to welcome another Board Certified Behavior Analyst to our island team.

Practicing ABA in St. Croix feels different. Families depend on consistent providers. Schools value genuine collaboration. In a smaller community, clinical leadership has a direct impact on access to care and long-term outcomes for children and families.

We provide clinic, school, and community-based services within a neuro-affirming, assent-based model grounded in ethical practice and accountability.

Several of our current BCBAs chose to build their careers here and are open to sharing what that journey has been like, both professionally and personally.

🌟Meet our 2025 Employee of the Year, Sharika Milligan🌟

Sharika is a Psychology graduate from UVI, and is currently considering her Master's degree path. She is our newest Registered Behavior Technician, having passed her exam this week.

Sharika is an unrelenting advocate for our clients, is always calm under pressure and serves as a great model for our newer staff.

She collaborates with school personal to provide the support our clients need, and places special emphasis on helping our clients be comfortable in their environment.

Because of Sharika, real change happens. Sharika, thank you for all that you bring to TBS, you're an inspiration to all of us!

We are a registered outpatient mental health clinic located in Peter’s Rest. We are not a school or a daycare. We are a therapeutic practice that supports Autistic children and their families in navigating behavioral, social, and communication differences through individualized, strengths-based care.

❤️We love teaching through children’s special interests and partnering closely with families. We work across settings that are most natural for your child, if medically necessary, we provide services in school, daycare, home, community and center.

🧑‍🧑‍🧒‍🧒In addition to working directly with children and parents, we collaborate with other community providers and participate in local events to promote understanding, inclusion, and support.

📚We also deliver trainings for parents, educators, and community organizations to help build shared knowledge and practical strategies that support neurodivergent children across settings.
