If your goal includes cultivating a more positive/grateful mindset, being less angry, being able to communicate better, being a better friend/partner/parent/child/employee or just being a happier person in general, tune in to your language. 💚

Your perception, actions, moods etc are all a result of your thoughts. Everything starts right there, including your karma - if you do believe in karma, it starts way before your actions with your thoughts & intentions. 💡

Try easy SWAPS & use them consistently for sustainable change.

◇ Shift your strategy
◇ Re-align with what is true to YOU

Healthy cravings? Yes, they exist & they do mean something! 💫

Every now & then, I find myself craving healthy, GREEN foods 🌱 - green tea included! This is usually a sign that your body needs more Vit C, calcium, iron or magnesium. I've also noticed these cravings come after phases of being extremely busy & that once my cravings is satisfied, I am also emotionally calmer, more grounded & at peace. 😊

Next time you have a craving, do a bit of digging to understand where it's coming from - physically & emotionally. Cravings aren't bad at all, they're powerful signals from our body to take note of. 💚
