🏙️With over three decades of experience in project management and cost and contracts management, Darshan Joshi has delivered complex developments across high rise, residential, hospitality, commercial, retail, office interior fit outs, townships, industrial and data center sectors. As a Civil Engineer, MRICS and Evaluative Mediator, he combines technical expertise with a strong track record in contract structuring, risk management and stakeholder alignment.

📣Leadership announcement at Archetype Group: Sami CHEBBI, based in our office in Tunisia, has been appointed as our new Group BIM Manager.

🌍 Working across hospitality, office, residential, and mixed-use high-rise developments, Sami CHEBBI has built over two decades of expertise in BIM implementation, digital coordination, and construction technology integration. His innovative mindset and strong understanding of global standards dive his approach to deliver high-quality results efficiently.

📐Holding both a National Diploma and a master’s degree in architecture from the National School of Architecture and Urbanism in Tunisia, he has built a strong track record working on large scale developments across Africa and Asia.

🚀 Sami CHEBBI will oversee and guide our global team of BIM experts. In this role, he will drive our commitment to thought leadership by fostering cutting-edge practices and innovation in design excellence.

🇮🇳 Archetype India celebrated the inauguration of Rajasthan Liquors Limited’s state of the art greenfield bottling plant for Pernod Ricard on 22 December 2025, marking a significant milestone with the opening of this new facility in Roorkee, Uttarakhand.

🏗️ This 13,000 sqm facility has been thoughtfully designed to support efficient production operations while meeting international safety and quality standards, reinforcing the long-standing expertise of RLL in brewing, processing, and bottling beverages in India.

✅ Archetype India delivered Design Engineering along with Project and Construction Management services.

The inauguration ceremony was attended by:

🚀This development responds to strong regional demand, reflecting Bel’s conviction that sustainable growth is built on strong local roots, empowered teams, and long-term industrial capabilities. With this expansion, Vietnam is positioned as a key industrial and export hub for Bel in Asia.

🏗️ Spanning 10,500 sqm, this new state-of-the-art factory is designed to enhance Bel’s production capabilities in Vietnam while meeting high standards of efficiency and sustainability. The project aims to achieve LOTUS green certification, reflecting a strong commitment to environmentally responsible design.

✅ Archetype Vietnam is responsible for the full EPCm scope, including Architecture, Engineering, Project Management, as well as Green Consultancy Services.
