The blocks 2 and 3 of our Laguna Angsana project are now completed: this milestone introduces a stunning new residential option to the Laguna development in Phuket.

With a total gross floor area of 14,590 sqm, including 8,263 sqm for Block 2 and 6,327 sqm for Block 3, the project comprises two 6-storey residential buildings. Each building offers 22 keys and features rooftop swimming pools, creating open views and shared leisure spaces for residents and guests.

Our teams of Archetype Thailand delivered Construction Management services throughout the project, combining strong local expertise with a structured and integrated approach.

This project is part of a portfolio nominated for the Condé Nast Traveler Readers’ Choice Awards. Our experts ensured seamless stakeholder coordination, maintained consistent construction quality, and delivered the project efficiently in line with the client’s expectations.

Archetype Cambodia is shaping the tower as a resilient and sustainable high-rise, applying a new approach that blends local traditions with high-performance sustainability.
