Bear bile plant effectively treats acne
Most people are often unaware of this particular benefit of the bear bile plant. Unlike other herbal remedies that typically treat acne through steaming or facial masks, this bitter-leaf plant is used in the form of a medicinal alcohol infusion to help restore smooth, healthy skin.
Ingredients:
1 kg of dried bear bile plant roots
35 liters of 35-degree white alcohol (rice wine)
Instructions:
Rinse the dried roots once with alcohol.
Place the roots into a jar and add about 3 liters of white alcohol, ensuring the roots are fully submerged.
Let the mixture soak for approximately 2–3 weeks before use.
Apply the medicinal alcohol to the face, especially on acne-prone areas. Gently massage the skin, leave it on for about 30 minutes, then rinse your face thoroughly with clean water.
During the treatment process, old skin layers may peel off, helping to reduce acne and inflammation. After about 20 days to one month of regular use, the skin is expected to show significant improvement.
