Join me every Tuesday morning at Life Time North Druid Hills for two transformative yoga classes:

🧘‍♀️ 7:00 AM – Surrender Yin + Meditation (low heat)
A slow, grounding practice to release tension, increase flexibility, and cultivate deep inner stillness.

☀️ 9:45 AM – SOL Guided Vinyasa (medium heat)
An energizing and intentional flow to awaken your body, build strength, and connect with breath.

Whether you’re looking to unwind or activate, there’s a space for you on the mat.

Super excited to announce two yoga classes for our Tuesday morning schedule at Life Time North Druid Hills:

7:00 AM: Surrender Yin + Meditation (Low Heat)
9:45 AM: Sol Guided Vinyasa (Low Heat)
