Before it all sweeps you up, join and Janire for a soul-soothing mindfulness walk at Haughmond Hill — a gentle 90-minute wander designed to help you slow down, breathe, and reconnect with yourself and nature. 🍃
This isn’t a fitness walk. There’s no finish line or pace to keep.
It’s about presence — the scent of pine, the crunch of leaves, the soft winter light through the trees. A chance to pause, reflect, and reset before the festive whirlwind.
Together, we’ll explore mindful moments through:

Expect a calm, nurturing space where you can exhale, unwind, and rediscover that quiet inner peace that gets lost in the December madness.

Led by Janire, Mountain Leader & founder of Ray of Sun Adventures, and Lowri, Ecologist & Mindfulness Teacher — together we’ll guide you through a mindful forest experience to restore calm, focus, and joy, even in the depths of winter.
