Yesterday’s class was so good !I’m still thinking about all the lightbulb moments that happened.

I held my breath, yanked the waistband, did a little hop… and still couldn’t get them over my hips.

But it wasn’t just about the jeans.
It was the quiet realization that my body no longer followed the rules I’d lived by for years.

I was doing everything right:
• Portioning out chicken and roasted broccoli into glass containers every Sunday.
• Dragging myself to early workouts, even when I was exhausted.
