Wow - my daughter saw these while we were at Costco today and it checked ALL of the boxes !!!!! I’m actually really looking forward to trying these for something DIFFERENT this week !!! Definitely I am hitting up Bountiful Beloit for some veggies to make some kind of stir fry for a healthy, low WW point, organic, non GMO, whole grain, low sodium, low calorie, nutrient filled, easy, stir fry kind of dinner !!!

Side note - I hope they aren’t gross LMBO

Our Story

The story of Trinity's Hope, LLC really began when my grandbaby Trinity was about 3 years old. She and my daughter were going through a very difficult time in their lives that broke all of our hearts. I really did not know what to do. But something spoke to me and said, "Nancy, you may not be able to keep her safe but you know someone who can."

It was then that I took her to church. There were times I did not want to go but she loved it so much and I could not break her heart. I just couldn't. So she and I went every single Sunday and it was during that time that she and I developed a very close bond. Not only did we create a bond, but I reestablished my relationship with God.

In my work life, working with the op**te population during a time when the opioid epidemic had hit really hard, I devoted all of my time and efforts helping those who could not help themselves. I made it my mission to never let anyone leave my office without hope. And that is exactly what I did.

Over the course of about 3 years, I wrote and/or assisted writing grants that resulted in approximately $500,000 of funding for a small rural county in which I was working. That money was used to improve the quality of care for individuals in need of services or medication to treat their opioid addiction.
