A THOUGHT I HAD YESTERDAY...

Do you think the below:

Not so many years ago, I'd think eating normal / everyday healthy foods was a cheaper protein source than protein powder, 'every month buying a tub' etc, seemed like an extra bill. Fast forward to today where two bags of shopping costs £100 and now I'm thinking some protein powders are now a cheaper way of getting it in.

What do you think? Will the protein companies be seeing a boost in sales over the next 5 years? Have you thought about looking at protein supps as a "cost" saving exercise as of late?

Just to clarify, I'm not promoting meal replacement shakes here as such, I am leaning more towards protein and calories 🙏.

Friends..

Recovery from injury takes a few things:

Knowledge on what to do, doing that knowledge, being consistent with that knowledge, and doing that knowledge for 6 months plus!

You know who you are.. 👀😉

Please stop thinking you will be holy healed in 8 weeks with 3 hours of effort and a doctors appointment. I get it, it sucks, I'm injured every year 🤣, but please put the work in and think of work ethic and your health longevity. Many injuries can be sorted with the right work 🙏
