My latest mri’s show no new or active lesions, but the degenerative disc disease is worse. So, now I go to be evaluated by a neurosurgeon for that and the Trigeminal Neuralgia

My mother gave me Covid. It thoroughly kicked my butt and caused one of my neuro issues to act up. All these ppl out there saying they had it twice, making me think I’ll lose my ever loving mind.

I’m sick, so sick, and it’s made my sight worse. The ms is not happy about it. The RA is mad too, my pain levels have been up. It’s hard to see my phone even with glasses on. My ears and throat are killing me. It feels like there’s something stuck in my throat and I can’t swallow it. I can only breathe out of one side of my nose, migraine for 2 days, fevers, freezing chills, night sweats. It’s weird to sweat cuz since my last ms flare, I don’t sweat normally. Please Lord, let this pass quickly or I will have to tell E to stay at her dads this coming week. I don’t want her to catch this. Huge thanks to my brother for dropping off soup yesterday.

My rental home has been sold and the new owner has made new rules (plus doubled the rent) that make it impossible to stay here. He might as well have knocked on the door and told me to get TF out. I have a teenage daughter and 4 lap dogs. I’m sick and disabled. I have to be out by September 1st. I’ve been so stressed out that it’s made me so sick and made my pain levels ridiculous.

My furbabies have helped me survive. They give me a reason to get up and move, even when I really don’t feel like it. If you know, you know. Today, for example, Arthur is MAD. One of my illnesses is rheumatoid arthritis and I named it a Arthur when I was really young. Arthur Itis, lol. I got up, am taking care of these guys, even tho my pain level is elevated today. I’m even fostering 2 new furbabies til I can get ‘em in shape to be adoptable. It’s gonna take a while. They were badly neglected.

Today I had an EEG to check for seizures and it made me feel kinda funky. Then they wouldn’t let me get up for about 20 minutes afterwards, so I don’t even expect good news, lay there in the dark with your eyes closed. Like good news would come as a shock at this point!

Except, I haven’t believed I could. MS came along, piled itself on top of everything I already dealt with, (I have a laundry list, how bout u?)and made things 1,000 times harder. There have been some BAD days! They are coming and going now. I have really nice days in between. Plus, I’m extremely blessed with a wonderful support system so THEY believe for me sometimes and that helps more than I can say.
