Regular neck exercises help improve blood flow, reduce swelling, ease tension, and support healing around the thyroid area. Here’s how to do them safely:



1. Neck Forward and Backward Tilt
• Sit or stand upright.
• Slowly tilt your head forward, bringing your chin toward your chest.
• Hold for 5 seconds, then return to the starting position.
• Tilt your head backward gently and hold for 5 seconds.

2. Side Neck Stretch
• Gently tilt your head toward your right shoulder (as if trying to touch it).
