You guys, I can’t even begin to tell you how much this has helped my life!

I get these bad headaches, they start from the muscles just on the inside of my shoulder blade getting tight, up to my neck, to the base of my head and it causes headaches that radiate to the front of my face.

The way this stuff cools and helps to release the tension is amazing!

I also have a good friend who uses it on her lower back for relief.

I’m telling ya, if you have similar issues, you need this!

Yesterday, we had an impromptu sleepover with 4 of Daslyn’s friends. Which meant I had 1 teen (Dawson) 5 almost teens, and 1 wanna be teen (Delana) in my house.

Before everyone arrived I started the diffusers. I wanted something that was going to help keep them calm. Because I know how almost teen girls can get lol.

I initially reached for Peace & Calming because I love it so much.

But, to my surprise, the Peace & Calming spot on my oil shelf was empty. I’m sure I had another bottle upstairs, but I was also trying to get dinner done so it would be ready when they walked in the door.

So I grabbed these two essential oils instead. Both are calming oils. And, in fact, a lot of people I know use this combo to help with a good nights sleep.

So I went for it.

And you know what we didn’t have? Any yelling, screaming, or pr***en drama. They were calm-ish (haha) and pleasant. They are already a great group of girls, so I wasn’t really too worried, I just know that when a bunch of girls this age get together they can feed off each others energy and I wanted that energy to be calm and collected. And it basically was.
