Ketaki is been practicing yoga over 25+ years and is been recognized as E-RYT 200® (Experienced Registered Yoga Teacher with 200+Hr) and YACEP® (Yoga Alliance Continuing Education Provider®)! She believes in customizing yoga poses to enable this ancient practice for everyBODY!

Ketaki has extensive experience in All Levels/Yin/Meditation/Breathwork and Yoga Nidra.

What to expect?
The class will start with connecting to individuals to build synergy and community for understanding what each attendee is seeking from the practice. Practice will be tailored to provide a customized unique experience to every attendee!
Attendees will not only follow oral cues, but the instructor will demonstrate each pose and explain the benefits/contradictions to enable you for the safe home practice.

Excited to share that Sudharma Yoga is blessed to earn Experienced Registered Yoga Teacher 200 (E-RYT) & Yoga Alliance Continuing Education Provider® (YACEP®) designations!!

What does YACEP mean?
The YACEP designation is designed for experts in the yoga community to set themselves apart and teach courses that qualify as Continuing Education hours for RYTs. You need to have taught at least 1,000 hours since graduating from a Registered Yoga School (RYS®).

Have you ever wondered about Yoga, read benefits of Yoga but been afraid of actually taking an action thinking- "I'm not flexible", "I can not reach to my toes..", "I'm too old/fat/not right body type.", and... so many stories that we create in our minds.

This post is to remind that "Yoga is for every body and EVERYBODY!"

Come have an artistic experience with Yoga!

We are so excited about our new partnership with !

We will be hosting Yoga and Art Classes every 3rd Saturday at Burst of Butterflies in DTC, and each month the art project and theme of the all-inclusive yoga session will change with the creative artistic ideas of our new partners that we are so excited about!

Our first Yoga and Art class will be Saturday, January 15th at 11 am, and your $45 yoga ticket will include your art project and materials after your yoga practice!

*Please bring your own yoga mat and a towel. Mat rentals will be available for those that need them (a $4 fee will be collected at check-in). If you require a mat, please email info@yogasarc.com to ensure we have your pre-sanitized mat!)

*Please arrive 15 minutes before class to check-in and set up your yoga space.
