My podcast (Dreaming Big) episodes are recorded.

Which is super exciting because I’ve been wanting to do a mental health related podcast for over a year (ending of 2020).

This is the week! and I will be facilitating this amazing workshop starting this Wednesday! And I am over-the-moon-level excited!

This is going to be the workshop for you if you:

- struggle with never feeling enough; no matter how strong or perfect you are, you’re still need to do more

- feel the pressure of having to keep everything “under the surface”

- struggle with feeling such as fear and anger because you’ve seen the damage they can do

- carry secrets (we don’t talk about Bruno?) that feel so heavy

By the end of this 8-week workshop, you will be more knowledgeable about intergenerational trauma and how it looks in your life and family AND will learn specific skills/tools to help you stop the cycle.

I don’t know about you, but I have always resonated with stories and music and use those things as a way to express myself.

And with Encanto, I feel that so many people are able to have the unspeakable expressed in a way that respects the trauma and resiliency while also making room for hope.

Maybe you’ve known how intergenerational trauma has impacted your family and didn’t know quite what to do with that information.

Or maybe you didn’t know. You knew there were hurts and pains that everyone, including yourself, have to carry.

Either way, you’re also ready for to lighten the load and make space for healing.

Our workshop series is going to be starting in about 20 days (AH!). It will provide this space to learn and make those internal connections. But it will also help you make this connection with liked minded peers who are also ready to stop this cycle.

I have a love-hate relationship with boundaries. Why? You usually don’t know you need a boundary until it’s being pushed.

Which means that there can be a lot of discomfort in sitting with your feelings to even realize a boundary has been violated. And if you don’t or struggle to sit with those feelings, it can be easy to dismiss the red flags.

However, without honoring your needed boundaries, it’s going to lead to so much more pain. Boundaries are so important.
