Looking for light weight wheelchairs, walkers w/seats, wedges or pillows w/plastic casing,bed rails, transfer bath seats (preferably rotating carousel), fans and anything else you feel would help keep a person comfortable until/if they decide to go to st Joseph’s Hospice (which I recommend)
(Would strongly suggest hospice care but the option should not be taken away due to financial hardship).
These items would be a great asset to the community members of Lambton County.

As the year is ending I think about all the wonderful people I have met this year & have helped me to make a difference in someone’s life.

Community medical cupboard will be closed until the children are back to school, at that time we will be helping with only medical equipment including all items needed for helping a resident be accommodated for wishes of end of life at home with family.

In the meantime this plateform WILL be accepting donations of these items including but not limited to:
Light weight transport wheelchairs
Bed rails
Larger Bath Seats
Anything to prob up a patient
Commode bowls that attach to commodes
Depends
Bed pans
Oxygen machines
Fans
And anything else that you can think of to keep someone comfortable at home for last days.

UPDATE…
Have been able to find the chair a new home with an elderly gentleman.

A medical lift chair in (just purchased) condition, is looking for a new home.
You must pick up in Port Franks Ontario.
Color of chair may differ.
3months old.
