MEDITATION ✨

Some people choose to meditate with their eyes closed, whilst others are more comfortable with their eyes open. & that’s okay.

Some choose to meditate to start their day, others to close off their day. & that’s okay.

Some people are more comfortable sitting on a chair, a stool, a cushion, a block, no block, or even laying down. & that’s okay.

Some choose to play music in the background, others prefer the silence. & that’s okay.

Some people meditate daily, whilst others use meditation as a way to just take 10 minutes to do nothing. & that’s okay.

Meditation means different things to each individual person.

& that’s okay.
