I’m asking for love you won’t give to yourself,
Pouring into a bucket with holes. You can’t receive what you don’t believe you deserve. I won’t ask you to stay when you want you go. I won’t beg you to look into the light of your soul.

When you’re ready you’ll see, and in time you will know and the tears will pour down your face like gold.

I let you in. I let you see All the broken parts of me. Opened up like a flower- delicate and naked. You stole my power

Betrayed the trust I gave so freely- raw and exposed, I let you enter. Dropped my gates to let you in- you spread your fire throughout my kingdom, Infested my walls, and spoiled my splendor.

You found my lost city and took my gold, then ran off like a bandit in search of more…
Somewhere else in another kingdom.

Still, I begged you to come back in- even offered more of my loot. Take it, take me- I didn’t care. I’ll forgive and forget so long as you’re here.

Instead, I crawled on hands and knees, sobbing and screaming while I collected the pieces. Alone and violated, you left me to grieve and harbor untold rage that could not be expressed, but to the moon for you were nowhere to be seen.

Still I wished upon a star that you’d come back- that you’d hold me in your arms.

A message of healing that came through today from my angels… We can have boundaries and except that somebody is not a good fit in our life and still hold them in our hearts with love and prayer and tenderness. When my dad was on his deathbed, years of being angry and sad with him melted away, with his words when he saw me enter his hospital room, “Baby girl”. Go I have passed lovers who have treated me unkindly, they have changed me forever and shown me parts of myself I was never aware of and for that I am eternally grateful and I will never shut them out of my heart, although in the physical, I will continue to have boundaries. 💞

It’s so simple that the human mind over complicates it, but our only responsibility in this life is to take care of ourselves (body, mind, and spirit- this can look like taking a nap or salt bath, spending quiet time in nature, journaling our thoughts, sitting with our emotions so we can feel them and process them, crying, dancing, eating vibrant foods, drinking plenty of gorgeous water, setting boundaries so we can have enough alone time, allowing ourselves to be seen in our authenticity, investing time, energy, and resources into fulfilling our dreams, accepting “ugly” parts of ourselves, etc…). Full your cup up first so your baseline becomes rest, rejuvenation, peace, clarity, a regulated nervous system, and calm. From this place, we will naturally begin to overflow with peace, love, joy, abundance, creativity, and divine inspiration and this is where we will begin to feel intuitive nudges from our own soul and from God/Goddess. It may come in the form of a feeling of excitement and giddy-ness, as if you’re a 6 year old horse-girl who just got told she gets to go riding. That’s your cue to take action- immediately. Disregard the logic of the brain and follow your heart, so to speak. Learn to discern fear from truth so doubts concerning your abilities or worthiness do not cloud your judgement. Do the thing to the best of your ability and with all your heart and attention then let it go when it’s complete, with no expectation as to what become of it. If it was truly done for its own sake- for the sake of joyful creation… for the sake of self-expression… for the pure ecstatic bliss of the enjoying the process, then trust it will result in the highest good for all and become what it needs to become. Creation and inspired action feels much like love-making- we don’t make love in order to make a baby and fulfill our spousal obligations. We make love for the sake of making love- because it is worth the candle in and of itself. This is how we must begin to live our lives- as if everything we do is an act of love-making. Your job is now done and all your focus can return to resting and tending to your life like a garden.

I love Oregon 💞 Grateful for friends who push you to be your best and accept you at your worst! 🌹 This month has shed light on shadow aspects that have been hidden, denied, and ignored for too long. When we are ready to see these unsavory parts of ourselves… recognize how we have hurt others, how we’ve neglected responsibilities, how we’ve tolerated mistreatment, etc… we can see these things clearly, while simultaneously holding ourselves in a place of Grace, compassion, and total self-acceptance. Only then, are we able to make significant changes and show up more loving and capable of carrying the weight of our Divine responsibility. 🌞🥳🦋🌷

Every moment is a little death. We can’t have new beginnings without the necessary deaths. All we can do is trust ourselves and allow ourselves to grieve and feel fully, while appreciating the process of growth, new adventures, new lessons, and ultimately, returning to childlike innocence. You’ve always got yourself by your side so you’re never alone. Cherish the being that you are every moment and know that you deserve goodness and true love.
