I was honored to attend the launch of DOST-ITDI's new Aseptic Processing Module on July 10, 2025! This facility, the 5th FoodtrIP unit at the DOST Complex, is a real game-changer.

It was a privilege to share my industry insights on this project. With its UHT beverage processing capabilities, this module will revolutionize food safety, extend shelf life, and open new doors for our local food producers, especially MSMEs.

Huge congrats to DOST-ITDI for this achievement! Excited to see its impact on Philippine food manufacturing.
