I hear a whole lot of “how do I get results?” “ how do i lose weight?” “I want to grow my b***y how do I do it?”.

It starts with what goes on your plate and how much your putting on it. You could be eating to much or to little but the only way you’ll know is if you start tracking. (Ive been using .app )

Not to be obsessive, but to be aware. If you want the results you HAVE to do the work, and I’m not just talking about working out 👏🏽
