BOOK RECOMMENDATION:

I read a lot, well I should clarify… I listen to audiobooks a lot. Almost never fiction unless it’s with the kids. Most of what I read is to help me get a better understanding of the world, spirituality and religion, personal education or self development.

I read this one recently and found it extremely refreshing. Refreshing because it drove home some great points in a rough around the edges, no nonsense kind of way. I think this book would really speak to men and some teen boys Who might not be into the typical more feminine tone of self development books but could use some inspiration and guidance on bettering their lives.

My husband is a big fan of the author and has listened to his podcast for many years, learning a lot in that time so after he read the book, I figured it was worth checking out myself. We had our 13-year-old son read it and he enjoyed it as well.

It’s a quick read at just over six hours on Audible. 10 out of 10 would recommend.

Fun adventure today! Everyone needs magnesium cream tonight! We walked at least 8 miles today! Well, my phone died at 8 miles but I know it was more than that by the end of the night. We have some achy feet and legs tonight but will be good at new tomorrow and read for the next adventure!

I have not been very present on this page the past few months, but boy have I been busy! So many adventures, learning opportunities, and quality time with family. Field trips, vacations, ocean visits, camping, forging, etc..
Today we got back out for our yearly elderberry harvest! The Earth gives us so much amazing medicine 💕

I’ve got some big things in the works this year for my family and for my businesses so stay tuned for that !
