I am interested in providers sharing their practice policies with me. What are the policies around no show fees? I find that it is useless bc although we have $50 no show fee, I am only getting 60% of that and patients get upset and complain and then the owners refund the fee to retain the patients and avoid a bad review. And they go to another provider so then I lose the monthly income from insurance reimbursements for their appointments. I am also interested to know if patients are allowed to go back and forth between providers. What are some other policies for standard of care for providers within a practice?
