I read an heartbreaking post of a lady who sadly passed away 💔 after she had CS done the 4th time earlier this week. While people were so concerned, some shared how they had it five times and they were fine. Many people were wondering if "Repeated CS" has limit?
The thing is, while expert hasn't ascertain the exact number of repeat C-sections considered safe, each repeat C-section is generally more complicated than the last.

With multiple repeat C-sections, there's a higher risk of
1. PLACENTA PROBLEMS: Such as the placenta implanting too deeply into the uterine wall (placenta accreta) or the placenta partially or completely covering the opening of the cervix (placenta previa). Both conditions increase the risk of premature birth, excessive bleeding, and the need for blood transfusion and the surgical removal of the uterus.

2. Scar-like tissue complication which can increase the risk of a bladder or bowel injury and excessive bleeding.
3. Incision-related complication: Such as a hernia.....among others.

They usually don't recommend more than three C-sections, so please if you have had 3 CS done before and you still want more babies, consult your health care provider before you get pregnant 🤰 again so that they can weigh the risks of a repeat C-sections. Babies are beautiful 😍😍 and some people wants a very large family BUT weigh the risks first.
And if you are not planning to have any more babies after 3 repeated CS, please do family planning immediately to avoid unwanted pregnancy.
In summary, what works for Mrs A, might not work for Mrs B. That someone has had 5CS without any complications doesn't mean it is safe and that you should do the same, our bodies are different and the reasons for delivering via C-sections are different too.

May we not labour in vains 🙏.

I suffered Peptic Ulcer for many years!
We were in the Chemistry lab (100Level) on that faithful day, and suddenly I found myself sweating profusely 😨, with terrible burning stomach ache, feeling fainting and started vomiting etc, I thought I was going to die that afternoon 🙆‍♀️.
Thank God I was still an innocent child then, I would have thought 😅 shakara don end 🤰🤰🤣🤣🙆‍♀️.

Many people with peptic ulcers don't even have symptoms.
Less often, ulcers may cause severe signs or symptoms such as:
👉Vomiting or vomiting blood — which may appear red or black
👉Dark blood in stools, or stools that are black or tarry
👉Trouble breathing
👉Feeling faint
👉Nausea or vomiting
👉Unexplained weight loss
👉Indigestion
👉Heartburn
👉Feeling and being sick.

Stomach ulcer are caused by bacteria and certain types of drugs (some unprescribed drugs we usually buy over the counters).

Stomach ulcer do have its own complications and it may be very serious or eventually leads to death when it occurred.
Complications of stomach ulcer
👉Internal bleeding
👉Perforation, this can be very serious (we lost one of our colleague to this about 2years ago 😢).
👉Gastric cancer and obstruction

If you are experiencing any of the symptoms above, Please contact your Doctor immediately.

To prevent stomach ulcer,
👉Protect yourself from infections
👉Use caution with pain relievers and stop Self-medication
👉Stop skipping meals if possible,
👉Stop smoking and taking alcohol
👉Take enough rest and sleep

I hope you find this helpful!
Do have a lovely day and stay healthy 🍎🍌🍊🥕❤

👉a side effect of medicine
👉stress, anxiety or depression

🚫⛔Signs that you are constipated :

👉 If you have not had a poo at least 3 times during the last week.
👉If your poo is often large and dry, hard or lumpy.
👉If you are straining or in pain when you have a poo
👉You may also have a stomach ache and feel bloated or sick.

How you can treat and prevent yourself from been constipated

✔Make changes to your diet:
To make your poo softer and easier to pass:

Research revealed that 1in 22 women in Nigeria are at risk of dying during pregnancy, delivery and after delivery.
👉women bear exclusive health concerns, such as breast cancer, cervical cancer, menopause, and pregnancy.
👉Women suffer higher heart attack deaths compared to men.
👉Depression and anxiety exhibit more frequently among female patients.
👉Urinary tract conditions present more often in females, and s*xually transmitted diseases can cause more harm to women.
👉Some women are also more vulnerable to social economic challenges.

🤱 Women can lower the risk for cancers and other common illnesses with healthy habits and regular care provider visits.
However, there are barriers for women not maintaining a healthy lifestyle.
Barrier such as:
👉Lack of time
👉Health not being a priority to mention but a few..

Investing more time in yourself means you are better able to look after yourself and also the ones you love and care about. So it is time to put yourself first and be intentional about your health.
The recent increase in the untimely deaths of women has been so shocking many of which results from childbirth, domestic abuse, cancers, strokes amongst others, **necessitated the creation of this platform to bring more awareness about women’s health issues and start a serious conversation about how this preventable deaths could be avoided.
Not only that.....
We aim to inspire, motivate and empower women within the best of our capabilities.

Vaginal discharge is normal. It's a fluid or mucus that keeps the va**na clean and moist, and protects it from infection. Vaginal discharge does not have a strong or unpleasant smell, it is clear or white, thick and sticky, it is slippery and wet. And it is not anything to worry about.

VAGINAL DISCHARGE CAN BE A SIGN OF AN INFECTION IF:
👉It smells fishy 🐟
👉It's thick like cottage cheese 🧀
👉Green or yellow
👉you bleed between periods or after s*x
👉you get pain when p*eing
👉you get pain in the area between your tummy and thighs.
If you are experiencing any of the above, you'll need to visit your health care provider.

DO's and DON'TS
Fact - You cannot prevent va**nal discharge!

✔ Always wash the skin around your va**na gently using plain water.

🚫Do not use perfumed or non-perfumed soaps or gels

🚫Do not use deodorants or scented hygiene wipes

🚫Do not wash inside your va**na (do**he)
