A sound bath is a deeply-immersive, full-body meditative experience that intentionally uses therapeutic sound waves and healing vibrations that envelope your body and invites restorative processes to nurture your mind and body.

I started exploring Sound Healing therapies after I attended a guided meditation with singing bowls. It was the deepest meditation I have ever experienced and I gained so much clarity and energy in that session, and up til that point, I considered myself someone who couldn't meditate! The experience was something I cannot describe. I fell in love with sound healing and have been immersing myself in the education and practice of sound healing ever since.

The more I learn about these beauties and the experience they gift our bodies, the more I love them 💖

Are you wondering what on earth is a sound bath? Are you envisioning an awkward experience in a bathtub 👀🛀🤣 Let's clear up that imagination of yours a smidge.

❌ There is no bathtub!
❌ You are not immersed in water.
✅ The "bathing" experience is simply gentle sound waves consuming the room and their therapeutic vibrations being received by your body.
✅ A Sound Healer intuitively plays the bowls while you lie down or sit in the room, as close to the bowls as you desire.
✅ The experience can be 1:1, in small groups, or in large groups.

A sound bath is a deeply-immersive, full-body meditative experience that intentionally uses therapeutic sound waves and healing vibrations that envelope your body and invites restorative processes to nurture your mind and body.

In our sound baths, nothing is expected of you and there are no rules to follow. We invite you to lie down and be soothed by the healing sounds of crystal singing bowls. As their overlapping vibrations are received by your body, your mind and body enter a state of deep relaxation which offers an opportunity for you to connect to your deepest self.

The experience can be all-encompassing, transformative, empowering, healing, and incredibly relaxing.

Changes are coming and I am so darn excited to share them with you!

As I allow flow to lead and I continue to step into embracing, honouring, and embodying my feminine-energy, I have been led by divine intervention to open this community up to focusing on Empowering Women in all facets of life, not just Business.

As I welcome flow and hold space, I can now see this has actually ALWAYS been there, I have always been on this path, I tapped into it but just lost touch along the way and allowed masculine energy to lead in my Business. Whilst there is nothing wrong with that in general, and perhaps nothing at all wrong with it for you, and whilst it had it's incredible times, it was misaligned for me, and it was actually depleting me of what I needed and steering me away from why I am here.

I have learnt to prioritise me, I have learnt to tap into my TRUE values and desires, and to let go of what society tells me and LEAN into MY flow and feminine energy.

I am over here, doing my own inner work and showing up for you! I am focusing on connecting women with other women on the same journey of light, empowering women who perhaps feel unfulfilled, disconnected, disengaged from self, discouraged, stuck, exhausted, alone, or lost. Women who are perhaps craving the need for connection, community, support, inspiration, or rejuvenation. Women who are perhaps seeking ways to be heard, to be seen, to heal. And Women who get excited when they hear the words "Fearlessy Empowered"!

Helping women to step into their divine purpose and help reconnect with self, reignite their spark, rediscover their identity, and help welcome flow and step into their gift, is my gift.

Ahh the clarity and fulfilment surrounding all of this just absolutely fuels my soul and I am so honoured and grateful, and I cannot wait to support YOU more!

👉 Create and Nuture a Community

This gives you a space to engage and support your audience, give them tonnes of value, and build know, like, and trust 😍

👉 Network.

Not just attend a Network Event and pat yourself on the back and tick that off your list!... No way, not by a long shot. Suss out the networking groups in your area and in areas you are travelling to for fun or business. Gauge their vibe, interact online, and attend a few Events of different groups. Find your tribe. Once you've found them then the fun begins! Poor your heart and soul into this community, absorb all they have to offer, connect, build a support network. These people can be your biggest cheersquad and referral base. They will help you explode your visibility plus fill you with inspiration and empowerment. Just be sure to find the right group! When you attend a few different ones you'll know what I mean 👌

👉 Wider Community Connections

Find Markets and Expo's that you can learn from and engage with your wider community. Markets and Expo's can be an incredible way to expand your business reach and connect with people outside your closer community.

Also look for Guest opportunities to be interviewed on Podcasts or FB Lives, perhaps Guest Content in the form of a blog or article... open your eyes and see the endless opportunities out there!

Even volunteering and fundraising for a cause dear to you is another way to connect further/wider.

Think outside the square on how you can tap into a wider network while filling your cup and both receiving and giving value 😍

Uncover what your bread and butter really is 😍

Do you actually know your bread and butter?

The bread and butter to your business is the income stream that you rely on to make your next mortgage repayment. It may even be multiple streams. These are the products or servives that pull you through and bring in the moolah. If you were to sell your Biz it would be the bread and butter that would be the no brainer for the buyer.

But do you actually know what your real bread and butter stream in your business is?

Sometimes it may not be the one we think it is. Sometimes we are focusing too much time and attention on the thing that isn't our bread and butter. Sometimes, especially as entrepreneurs, we get so distracted by all the sparkly options around us that we detour and lose focus on the potential right in front of us!

👉 Write down what your bread and butter product and services are.

👉 Write down all the other things you offer and what you are currently distracted by and want to offer.

👉 Now write down under each of those what they currently bring in; what PROFIT you walk away with from those products/services. Be really honest here as it will help you get clear.

👉 Now under each of those write down what potential they each have. If they were operating at full potential how much COULD it bring in?

Are you surprised?

There are a few extra factors to consider in regards to how much of your time each stream takes and how many people you need to reach for each one etc to even out the playing field for each of them, as well as which fuels your soul the most, but what you have already nutted out will help identify where your bread and butter offers really are and with all of the above considered you will see where you should be focusing your attention 👌

Far too often we get distracted by other potential "fun" avenues that we forget the massive potential that we have right in front of us.

🔥 It is so important to fuel our soul with what brings us the most joy but will bouncing around from idea to idea and not creating the financial abundance and flexibility in life that you set out for really bring you joy OR do you think pushing through the trying times and challenging yourself with taking your bread and butters all the way might actually be what brings you the most joy.

😎 Take time to block out the sparkly options and get focused on what is right in front you!

Are you drowning in all-the-things?

Here is a simple but effective tool you can try to knock some things off your to-do list!

How often do you want to throw in the towel?

All too often I hear the pain and struggles of women ready to throw away their passion project or business dreams.

Why?

They are simply drowning. Drowning in trying to do-it-all! Trying to juggle mum-life, home-life, work-life, boss-life, social-life... drowning in all the responsibilities we pile onto ourselves 😣

Before you throw in the towel, take a look at what areas you are struggling with the most. Look at who is an expert in that area and try your hand at outsourcing 🧐

"But I can't afford it" you say?

You can! There are multiple ways you can introduce outsourcing without getting into debt;

1. Look at your income streams. What can you implement or boost to bring in more sales to cover your outsourcing costs? Can you add an up-sell to your bread and butter?

2. Perhaps your genius zone is something that can help the expert you have outsourced too. Can you trade swap and help each other out?

3. Do a finance check. Check back over the last 6 months of your bank account, what fees and subscriptions do you have coming out that you don't even use or don't need any more?

👉 Remember that when you outsource you are freeing up more time to get closer to balance, which then improves your mindset, which then boosts productivity, when then often means more incoming $$$$$!

Take a step back to look at the big picture. Work smarter not harder and remind yourself of your why! 👌

Don't throw in the towel yet. It breaks my heart to see dreams and desires thrown away because it got too hard. Ask for help!

Outsourcing is just one simple and effective tool to get your head above water. There are MANY more strategies available to not only get your head above water but to get you out of the water and onto the beach with a Pina-colada 😉🥳
