Peter and Mary are flying home today!
And while Peter can make a pretty delicious bowl of Frosted Flakes, Mary is the primary cook in the house. While she is recovering, it would be nearly impossible for her to make any meals. So we set a Meal Train for them!

Recovery is underway!

Today was better than yesterday. While Mary is still experiencing pain, it is slowly decreasing. Mary was able to sit up today and even take a few steps!!

Another x-ray was done of Mary's back today and the doctor was very pleased with it.

UPDATE

Mary had successful surgery this morning and is currently in recovery.

PRAISE THE LORD!

The doctor repaired FIVE discs in her back, using 2 rods and 10 screws. The cyst on her spine was also removed and sent away for further testing. The cyst was approximately 1 inch in diameter.

UPDATE

First of all, I want to thank each and everyone of you who have prayed for us during this time. And also for the donations. We are now ready to leave home and to go to Toronto to stay there for the night at the Motel. We depart Toronto at 8:00 AM tomorrow morning for Guadalajara Mexico. We should arrive in Mexico at 4:15 PM. We plan to see the doctor first thing the next morning, December 30

Mary can function fairly good with the help of strong medication, but like I said before, the tingling and pain in her leg continues.
