Homemade Seasoning and mixes!

Ditched the packets and make your own!

1. Homemade Ramen Noodle Seasoning

You can pick with chicken bouillon, beef bouillon or our own homemade vegan bouillon.

Recipe:
4 tablespoons bouillon
1 tablespoon garlic powder
1 tablespoon onion powder
1 tablespoon dried parsley
1 teaspoon ground cumin
1 teaspoon ground ginger
1 teaspoon paprika
1 tablespoon ground black pepper
1 teaspoon cayenne or chili pepper (spicy option)
1 tablespoon kosher salt (optional)

Steps:
In a jar, add all ingredients and mix well. Use seasoning according to your taste.

Homemade “Ya Mama” Seasoning!

If you want spicy seasoning, this is great option!

Apologize for the name- its a name brand and they call it that way! Great for any spicy recipes!

Recipe:
2 tbsp garlic powder
2 tbsp onion powder
2 tbsp paprika
1/2 tsp black pepper
1 tsp thyme
1 tsp oregano
1 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes
1 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper

Steps:
Mix everything and store in an airtight container. Season to meat, fish and seafood. Enjoy!

DIY-Shake and Bake Mix

A homemade breading mix that is better than store bought!

Great for shake and bake or fry.

Recipe:
2 cups breadcrumbs
3 tablespoons cornmeal
1 tablespoon salt
1 tablespoon garlic powder
1 tablespoon paprika
1 tablespoon onion powder
1 teaspoon dried thyme
1 teaspoon parsley
1 teaspoon dried oregano
1 teaspoon ground black pepper

Mix everything and ready to use.

DiY- Homemade Mix

Homemade Bouillon and Cream of Chicken Soup Mix

I love making homemade seasoning and soup mix. It’s good to know what’s in your food and it tastes better than store bought! Less sodium is a better also!

Homemade Bouillon Recipe:
1 cup nutritional yeast
2 tablespoons garlic powder
3 tablespoons onion powder
1 teaspoon turmeric powder
1 teaspoon black pepper
1 teaspoon thyme
1 teaspoon oregano
1 teaspoon salt (optional)
***Servings per 1 tablespoon plus 1 cup water***

Cream of Chicken Soup Mix
1 cup flour
1 cup powdered milk
2 tablespoons chicken bouillon
1 tablespoon dried onion
1 tablespoon dried parsley
1 teaspoon garlic powder

To use: 1/2 cup soup mix to 1 1/2 cup water.

Store in a airtight container up to 6 months.

Easy “Baking Substitutes” you can make at home!

Homemade Butter tastes really good. Perfect substitute when you run out of stuff for baking!

——Buttermilk:
1 cup milk
1 teaspoon lemon juice
Mix well and ready to use.

——Homemade Heavy Cream:
3/4 cup whole milk
1/4 cup butter
Steps:
Im a large bowl, add milk and butter. Using blender or hand mixer, blends it together until creamy.

———Homemade Sour Cream:
1 cup heavy cream
1 tablespoon lemon juice or vinegar
Mix well and ready to use.

———Homemade Butter:
2 cups Heavy Cream
Pinch of salt

Steps:
Pour heavy cream into a food processor and blend about 10 minutes until the butter separates . Using a strainer or a cheese cloth, strain off the liquid and press the butter into a small container. Sprinkle with salt. Ready to use enjoy.
